Create and revise slides from Claude Code

Claude Code is good at reading project context and drafting structured content. TweakSlides gives that output a presentation canvas where the source remains inspectable and every agent write can be reviewed.

Claude Code request
Read README.md and ROADMAP.md. Create an 8-slide technical launch deck for engineering leaders. Use only facts in the repo, label open questions, and submit it to TweakSlides for review.
Editable result

Claude prepares a structured proposal and returns a browser review URL instead of silently overwriting an existing deck.

Install

Run the two commands below in Claude Code. The public repository contains the skill instructions and proposal helper used to hand the deck to the browser.

  • claude plugin marketplace add tweakslides/skills
  • claude plugin install tweakslides@tweakslides

A review-first agent workflow

The first handoff does not require copying a bearer token into the conversation. Claude submits a proposal and returns a review link. Opening the link creates or replaces the local browser deck only after you can inspect the result.

For a trusted ongoing session, TweakSlides can expose direct edit credentials from the Agent API panel. Treat those credentials like a password and use them only in the intended local workflow.

Prompt for a useful deck

State what the audience should decide or remember. Point Claude to the source files, name facts that must not be invented, and set a slide limit. Ask for evidence labels when the material contains research or metrics.

Honest limits

What it does not do yet

  • The browser review flow needs the TweakSlides app to be reachable.
  • Direct silent edits require trusted session credentials.
  • Claude can still misunderstand source material; review the rendered deck and Markdown.
