Why Markdown fits an evolving pitch
A seed deck is not a finished design artifact. It is a working argument that changes after every conversation. Plain text makes it easy to compare versions, reuse approved language, and let an agent propose a patch without handing over an opaque binary file.
The rendered deck still matters. TweakSlides separates source from finish: the story stays readable as text while themes, layouts, charts, and export make it usable in a meeting.
A practical source structure
Lead with the change in the world and the specific problem, then show the product, evidence, market, business model, and ask. If traction or market size is unknown, leave a visible placeholder. A credible omission is better than an invented number.

Work with your agent, not around it
Codex or Claude Code can read the Markdown, suggest a tighter slide, or replace a full deck through a review proposal. You remain in control: the browser shows the proposed result, and version history provides a path back.
What it does not do yet

Yes. The canonical artifact is a readable Markdown document, and the rendered deck can be shared separately as PDF or HTML.
Can I ask an agent to update only one slide?
Yes. The agent workflow supports targeted deck operations and reviewable proposals instead of requiring full regeneration.
